Oil squirter jets in 172 engine

When we built my K4M Super1600 engine we had to chance the jets every time we did a full rebuild because you cannot get them out without damaging them.

Is this the case with the 172 too? They are bloody dear from Renault!

the machine shop i use has some fancy pliers they use to pull them out with - zero damage
