OMP subframes PH1 172 question

Fitting my sparco bucket into a ph1 172 today, ordered the correct OMP subframe for the car and using sidemounts, with it all bolted together the seat sits miles towards the center of the car? So much so I have to remove the center console to get it to sit on its mounts. Any ideas? I've tried every combination of the sidemounts and this is the only way of getting the spacing correct.

That's weird. I have omp subframes and side mounts and don't have that problem. They are far too high though

Had to redrill the subframe, wasted many times.
