Onboard.computer lagging until engines warmed up

Is this normal? The trip computer etc all seems laggy when I'm cycling through the options like mpg, mile counter etc..Only does it for about 10 min then gradually speeds up and goes normal. Any ideas? Could it just be this ridiculously cold weather? As it goes back normal when cars warm! Thanks

mines doing this too, unsure weather its the cold weather also

Its the cold making the liquid crystal thicken so it slows the screen response. Same as the contrast changes slightly in very hot weather.
