One Light Not Working

One of the bulbs on my 182 is not working. It is the one that is furthest on the right had side of the o/s headlight.....I think it is the xenon one. Is this correct?

If so, how much is a new one from Renault? Is it easy to fit? Or is there somewhere else that may do them cheaper?

depends wether its the ballast, starter or bulb. I think ive got a starter kicking about if you need one..
