I may have to run those other steps tonight then. I'm not planning on performing a JB or unlock while I own the 3GS but it may prove handy next summer when I sell it to fund the new model.

Right guys, my Incipio Feather case turned up today, so thought i'd take some pics to help people decide if they are thinking of buying this case

it fits like a glove and the screen protectors provided are very easy to install.

you get the case, two screen protectors, a cloth and piece of card to remove air bubbles.

all for £14

still going to use my leather slip case when i need more protection for it e.g stuffed in a bag when i go riding but the case is so easy to remove its win win

Pics aren't great as its the bosses crappy P&S wannabe SLR piece of crap lol

it does and i did stick it on macro but tbh it didnt want to focus as close as i wanted it to lol.

i like it so

didnt fancy turquoise, pink or green. black is boring as i already have a black leather slip case. white = wannabe 16gb lol

the only other one i nearly got was the red one

i am thinkin about it. if i only have to pay postage once, i think i will. does the case REALI not feel as if it is there? and is it definitely not guna scratch the phone underneath?

edit - £26.55 for 2 cases, 4 screen protectors, 2 cloths, a spare iPhone lead and postage.

(shame i dont reali want the screen protectors or cleaning cloths, but its not a bad price......ooo the choices)

Any case may scratch your phone, be sure and remove and clean the iPhone at least once per week and hopefully it'll be ok. I ordered white for my white 3GS.

screen protector is good if you dont already have one on it

obviously you can feel its there but only slightly, feels much better as doesnt want to slip out of your hand plus no fingerprints

just ordered it. hopefully they despatch it today and i fall into their 87% of orders that are despatched the same day. just went for the white in the end, and yeah will pop some pics up tomoro if it comes (which it better had....)

is there a way to add more than the camera roll to folders in your pics area? or would i have to have the pics saved to seperate folders on the pc, and sync all of those folders to the iphone?

I just spent an hour walking around town trying to find a shop with an iphone in stock... Absolutely nothing! Going to be at least another two weeks before anybody gets new stock apparently. Grr

Tried JBing my 3G tonight with poor results.

Redsn0w kept stopping responding whilst I'd got the JB picture on my iPhone. Not sure if I've got a dodgy version of Redsn0w (DL'd for iClarified) or its a Vista issue

I'm on 3.1, can't say I notice any difference at all. Handy to have SMS fixed though, it now no longer tries to send a SMS to multiple people as a MMS.
