Open Dialogue Window Issue

Basically, at work we're using Magento, when I'm uploading a product image (out of the blue, was working fine this morning), whenever I click "Browse Files" it looks like its not done anything because it's opened the browse image dialouge box behind all open windows.

I'm currently running an SFC check, but I've tried updating javascript, disabling add-ons etc.

Using Firefox and it seems to be working correctly in Firefox' safe mode.

I can't just re-install Firefox so need to find a fix.

Do you have any other open dialogs?

I've found if you say for example right click on an item on the taskbar (say for example DropBox), and then don't do anything on the context menu it sometimes then goes to the back of the screen, and trying to switch between programs on the taskbar, and all subsequent dialogs never actually come forward like they're meant to.

Nope mate, restarted the computer as well just to make sure there were no hidden active windows

I completely worded that wrong and now I look like a t*t.

I didn't mean update, I meant to say disabled/re-enabled.

Works in Chrome but I hate it! Always used Firefox!

Did that - no joy.

Uninstalled - reinstalled, still no joy.

All other buttons within magento are working, it's only the "Browse file" button which opens the "Open" box but sends it to the back as if its an inactive window :/
