Opinions needed on website?

Been designing a site for a family member to advertise his villa. Just looking for opinions, particuarly if the tables render correctly in other browsers ect, and comments on how i could improve it would be greatly appeciated?

in firefox 2 i noticed sometimes the table goes a bit funny while the images load and dosent re-adjust after its fully loaded unless i refresh it, anyone else get this?

Just a thought:

Would it be possible to make the yellow nav bar line up with the rest of the page.

So making the yellow nav bars a few pixels shorter to line up with the pictures, make it look more consistant?

Agree, had to blink a few times as I thought it was my eyes lol
The telephone numbers are also blury.

You also need to check your spelling as I saw "etc" spelt "ect" one one of the pages.

You seem to be missing an image when you mouseover on "Location".
