I Had a Little Accident...!

the car kinda locked up. hit the biggest kerb in the world.. and BANG CLUNK.......... Didnt realise untill i looked this morning...! then ended up into a hedge...!!! hmmmmmmmm...


here is the damage.. THE SPLITTER...! ARRRG

beeen out driving today..... it seeems ok.... thank god... soo pissed off.. ordering a new splitter when i get bk from hols.. or may do a bodge job lool... we will see

I'd just take off what's left and see what damage putting that snow plow on did to the bodywork, if it's not great get another the same and put it on, if it's left no marks (unlikely - I think) then buy a standard. (IMO)

Similar thing happened to me last night, except the car didn't skid. Going down my girlfriends driveway and there was a log with a sheeting of snow across it which I didn't see til I'd gone over it. Cracked the plastic bit under my bumper and has cracked the passenger arch liner.

Luckily that's all that happened to her though!

Nearly did the same the other day, except my wheel was headed straight for a kerb, managed to regain grip just before I slid into it. Got out and looked at the tyre prints, and I was less than 10mm from the curb!
