At last, an update without hassle.

£180 credit, so my monthly goes from £35 to £25 and Sony Ericsson K850i being delivered tomorrow between 8 and 6.

Not the best phone in the world, but does everything I need to it to do.

Well done Orange, you have actually managed a hassle free upgrade after 7 years of custom.

No threatening to move networks, no 45 minute phone calls, continually being transferred between departments, no talking to muppets who have no idea what they are on about, all done quickly and easily.

i have 4 contracts with them and cant fault them one bit they have excellent customer service

yeah, i switched from being with Three network to Orange, they have been great so far, no hassle, no calls thorughout the day offering me silly deals i would never want. they just let me pay my bill, and the phone allways works and allways has signal.

I have had a few problems with them over 7 years, always been relatively minor.

My only major gripe with them, was come renewal time, they always seemed to shaft existing customers.

They are a damm site better than anyone else IMO.

i got the same feeling from 3 when i wanted upgrading then, they seemed useless, offered me f**k all until i actually gave notice periiod to end the contract.

I wanted to upgrade last year with Orange to the W850i and was told I couldn't. Asked for a PAC number as Vodafone were doing a good deal and the phone magically became available. They are all theiving b******s.

I have now switched to Vodafone as they offered 2 x new Nokia 6300 and 2 contracts for £20 a month for 12months. 150 Anytime minutes and 150 texts included. That'll do for me and the wife!
