Ordering Turinis from Renault-is this right?

I am going to order a set of anthracite Turinis for my 182 Cup from Renault. I have been searching the threads for info and so far have the following:

Wheel part number 8200 514737
Cost £158.01 inc VAT

Centre cap part number 8200 514740
Cost £15.01 inc VAT

The only things I haven't been able to find out (and the dealer couldn't tell me) are firstly, whether the wheels come with centre caps, or whether you have to order them seperately, and two, why the centre caps have gone up in price so much!?

Has anyone got any ideas?

Yep centre caps are seperate from the wheels.
