Osram Nightbreaker Headlights

  Clio 182
Anyone got any idea how to fit these things or is it absolutly nessasary to remove the front bumper and all the surroundings!!!!

Seems like an absolute nightmare!

For bulbs, don't you just pull off the rubber bit at the back of the headlamp and change it there?

Yeah the left side seems fine but the right side infront of the battery looks impossible to reach in the 197? Maybe im just being a little stupid!

Saying that I saw a guy at halfords the other day getting them to change his bulbs for the £2.48 that they charge. I was there just as the guy opened the owners bonnet to reveal the Audi V8 sitting there. The air intake was covering the headlights on one side and the aircon on the other. The guys face was a picture and the owner of the car thought it was brilliant!

Best to remove the bumper mate and the undo the lights themself make it a million times easier ! only 10 bolts and 2 Twist rivits hold the bumper on !

I've had my Osram bulbs in over a year now - no problems :D

But yes changing bulbs in Clio's is very fiddly

I once worked with a Polish girl in a camera shop and we stocked Osram bulbs for studio lights, she laughed when she saw them, I asked why she was laughing and she said Osram in Polish was another word for 'up your bum' :D:eek:
