last week had a quote for insurance on a 106 gti from Adrian Flux for £1000 TPFT, im 19, no no claims, thought this was good.

phoned up today to confirm it and check it was ok, they said they couldnt do TPFT on a car of that value, and fully comp is £4400. what the hell!

i thought may as well check, my car, mk2ph2 clio 1.6 dynamique, fullly comp, 2400!!

thought they were supposed to be good! not even direct line charge that much!

well pi55ed off now, have been looking for 106s all week now coz of that quote!

try greenlight insurance in brentwood. my clio running turbo and all sorts is 521.00 fully comp. 01277263030

when i had my 106 gti i used admiral as they were the cheapest?

just did one with admiral, came out exactly the same as elephant, it was even the same format page, think they might be same company?!

Im with HIC and have been since I started to drive. 7yrs NCD, no points, a Beetle, R5GTT, AX GT and now Valver under my belt and they give me the best quote. You get rewarded for loyalty with most of these companies so it might be best to ask about that sort of thing as well.
