Outside temp sensor thinks it's in Spain!

Aright folks,

Does anyone else have an outside temperature sensor that is WAY out? (Ph2 172)

Mine reads between 31 and 34 degrees all the time -even on a cold morning. Just wish it was true

It's not bothering me, just weird.

Any easy fixes?
