Not surprised they are being attacked to be honest. Some members on their forums have left under some bad terms previously.

Also, from what I am led to believe their customer service is shocking - that's the reason I will never buy from them.

Their sales service isnt bad. However in my personal opinion aftersales service is crap

Members Market is what makes OcUK forums tbh! Although I browse the Photography section too and there's some quite knowledgable chaps.

The banter in General Discussion used to be awesome but it's no where near as good nowadays.

I've dealt with their aftersales in the past and had no problems at all.
