Pads .. which ones....

Car  Clio RS 200
Just had my car serviced and only problem was the pads. I have been noticing bad breaking reacently. Can anyone tell me a good set of upgraded pads and also do the need to be fitted professionally..:)

hi pads are pretty straight forward to fit. if you do a search theres is a guide on here somewhere. i used it and glad i didnt pay someone to do it. as for pads standard are good for day to day use. i asked this question not so long ago and the ds2500 were a popular choice. i've just fitted brembo max discs, carbon lorraine pads and goodridge hoses. did my first track day yesterday and they were awesome. only prob with these pads is they squeal quite bad
