Pager Alarm systems

Has anyone fitted any form of pager system onto their existing alarm system. What were your experiences, did it work, did it give false alarms etc etc.

my mate had 1 on his valver and as far as i know it worked fine! cant you send a text back to disable the engine too!

Hmm can you, I may need to enquire more about it. Just getting paranoid already prior to the V6 arriving!

its worth it for peace of mind, but i hear the range is quite poor, maybe only if its outside the house or restaurant or something! I enquired about one and the alarm dealer guy told me this!

out shopping will most likely be too far for the signal mate!
