Painted Calipers - Cool or Not?

When i first bought my Artic 182 i painted the calipers yellow, was nearly a year ago and last week painted them black as the yellow was looking abit tired, but now not sure wether to go yellow again or wether it makes the car look abit tacky/chavvy just after peoples opinions as im not too sure at the moment? or if there are any other colours that look good against artic? Thanks.

Personall i like it.
Its something there that can be made a whole lot better.
What would you rather have.. a rusted caliper ? ? :dead: ..
or a nice painted one which catches the eye ?? :approve:

I think it looks good painted but if i had your colour yellow looks good but if you feel like that now then go silver thats what im going to do with mine looks good and not tacky at all

well a the moment they are gloss black but im not sure if painted yellow etc. look abit crap/chav? and almost make the car look cheap?

never realised you already had them black.
Just do what you want mate.
Only looks s**t on ridiculous looking cars with horrible wheels.

I think it looks well chav..but hey im 39.
By painting the calipers are you not reducing the cooling ability of the caliper by coating it with an insulative material i.e. paint?

I think it depends on the colour of the car though. I have a silver 182 and have painted the calipers silver and looks good imo. You carnt go wrong with silver or black really
