Panel air filters. Renault vs itg

Had an itg panel filter in since I got the car in feb. Just had service n the garage put a standard Renault one bk in. Got the itg one back. I can't seem to notice any difference what's so ever. Should their b a difference? Worth putting the itg filter bk in?

The ITG is worth it for the fact its washable. Apart from that, you aren't going to notice a difference.

i generally always use stock items, cheap and easy to see when they need changing

itg filter will pay for it self after a few services, thats the only reason why i got one, still have the oem one to go back in if i want to go back to standard

I use standard. There is no way you'll clean all the crap out of an ITG, it has some sort of sticky tar type stuff in the middle. You cant 'clean' that

mine has a k&n panel in it simply because it cost me less than a standard renault one..
