Sorry if this is a total blonde question lol just bought a 182 and wanna get the best performance out it possible what makes the most difference out of the two? i know from experince when i had an induction kit in the past it used huge amounts of fuel !
if panel filter or induction kit are your two options then a panel filter, however as jamesp24 said best gains sem to be from the enclosed induction kits like maxogen/vipers but cost is quite a bit more.
i have added an itg panel filter to my car and happy with it.
lol thanks na the inductin kit or panel filter just for starts i had a type r before and wanna make this feel faster lol so any more advise greatly appreciated although i cant afford a turbo just yet !
I've got an ITG induction kit (open style) with a cold air feed onto it and it sounds awesome!! Not noticed any improvements performance wise but then you never really do with a filter other than the 'placebo' affect lol.
However, in the process of making up a cold air box for it which should help a little.
Will have the benefits of the ope filter without sucking in hot air and all for the sum of £50
