I need both camshaft oil seals for the wifes 182 (although its a 172 engine) can anyone confirm if these ar ethe right part numbers?

7700103245 & 7703087224?

Also I've got the choice of belt kits from GSF and Eurocarparts. GSF offer an INA belt and ECP offer Contitech or SKF... Anyone got and opinions on which to go for / avoid?

Cheers Ashy.

Fit the INA kit. INA kit will come with the core plugs (gearbox side - part numers 2 & 16 in the diagram) in the kit, cam seals I'm pretty sure they come in the head set, but to buy seperatly you have to get them from Renault.

Just checked that today, the seals are not avaliable alone. You will have to buy the kit No.8 on the image. No big deal really since all other parts in the kit must be changed if removed.

Its: 7701471629 for my 182.

Right, sorted the camshaft oil seals, like you say they come in a kit and 7701471629 is universal for all engines so that on order :)

Problem now is the belt kit... There are two types of kit, one is up to 2001 and the other is 2002 onwards... The only difference is the idler pulley, the earlier kit is 10mm and the later kit is 17mm. I remember having this problem on my other engine where the bearing in the pulley was too big caused a right headache.

Trouble is I wont know which one I need until I start taking the engine to bits... Now the engine had an electronic throttle body when I picked it up and I'm 99% certain its a F4R 736. So its pointing to the 17mm one but as I need to be able to do this in a day and can't afford to wait until Monday to pick up a new belt kit... Does anyone know if you can buy the pulleys seperately?
