I am fitting bucket seats and using the standard seatbelts with the pretensioners.
The only problem I have encountered is what to do with the passenger seat weight sensor as i want the airbag to still function.
Do I need to strip my oem seat, remove the weight sensor and fit it under the bucket seat padding?
Or can you fool the system into thinking you always have a passenger by using a resistor?
If you can't use a resistor for this function it might be easier for me to buy a seat from a scrapyard so I can rip it to bits - I will need my oem seats in the future
