Password won't work, ebay and paypal - have i been hacked?

For some reason my passwords (different for both) for Paypal and ebay won't work :S

Checked them numerous times now and no joy!

The only change in my PC since i last logged on to the above sites is a new modem router.

I can log on to other sites no problems.


Should i be worried, EG been hacked ? - (impossible to guess the passwords and never been on any dodgy sites)

Was going to do that but wanted to checked first in case its some kind of set up where i re-do the password only for it to be directed to a hackers site lol

No it will go to your email address if you do it through the PayPal/ebay websites. Then reset it and check your PayPal transactions.

Had the same thing a couple of years back with my missus PayPal. I think they do it, hope you don't notice for a little while, then take it over. It's usually used for them to take money from dodgy ebay listings or sales. Just make sure no extra banks have been added etc....
