First use. Get a wee bit of quick detail to prime the pad as it will be dry. Then a squirt of polish across the pad will suffice. Before turning the machine on, dab the pad across the panel to spred it out a wee bit, but if say doing a bonnet maybe split it into 1/4 at a time. Then with the pad on the panel!!! (important) start it on a speed of 3 or so, and work the polish around thats just been dabbed on. Then wack it up to 5-6 applying a bit of pressure untill the motor bogs down a wee bit.(make sure the pad is moving, i put a mark with a pen on the backing pad) Move the PC round a few inches a second (not too fast) and work in the product. Some polishes need around 10 or so passes before the product has been broken down. Remove excess with a mirco fibre and inspect the panel. Repeat process
Its pretty hard work, and time consuming, but worth it
