Must admit my post from last night was a bit of rage hatin'. I am struggling to get used to it though, I cant seem to find a decent sensitivity setting, i seem to find I am spraying all over the place or not turning fast enough and getting shot before I have turned around.
More practise today I think.

I'm reasonably s**t tbh, but if you jump back in to BF after playing something similar you tend to forget that you do actually die-quite-a-lot in Bf games lol

On some matches, I have all the scopes and attatchments on my gun, but on the next match (sometimes) it won't let me have anything on. Why is this?

You unlock certain attachments for certain weapons, so if you unlock the laser sight attachment for the M4 say, you won't get it when you play as the Russians

Speaking of which I'm not a fan of the laser sight glare, especially when it's someone on your own team blinding you..same goes for the tactical light lol

I just cant get into the gameplay at all, I am too much into COD I think and I try and play the same way which just obviously doesn't work!

Yeah, takes more skill than COD though. After 4 kills you don't get half the Royal Air Force descending on the battlefield.

Had a f*cking awful bug last night. Joined Operation Metro Conquest just before my team lost (which is always annoying as you can't do anything about it), but there I was, sitting on the leaderboard, with 0 points, 0 kills and 90 deaths! :S

PMSL. Not too fussed about the K/D ratio etc. but still a bit f*cked off. Don't know whether to email EA/DICE or just get the f*ck on with it.

Other than that, superb game. Some maps are awesome but I definitely need to get back onto Hardcore as the normal mode is just a massive spot fest for snipers and the like.

this is terrible on the pc..crashing all the time for me, especially when the map changes at end! Although could be my old PSU as my new graphics card needs more power than it can give so getting a new one today. The server browser with pc is fecking useless, why cant they just use steam?! Love the game so may just buy it for PS3 and have done with it!

I was playing as engineer both games, don't you get the same weapons every game no matter which team you play as?

Kills	158

That looks like mine!

Nah I'm currently running about 0.90 will 600 odd kills.

Hardcore's funny, you still get a map but no spotting and no HUD.

I was about 0.9 too but that one round has destroyed me. Fair enough if I'd warranted that but I didn't even get to join the battlefield! F*cking thing. Still, it's all about points I guess. Got 5 or 6 Ace pins. Conquest is ace. You can literally kill nobody and still finish way ahead on the leaderboard via Flag capture and supporting your team mates.

Much prefer that over Rush. Although Rush on HC may be decent.

Been following this thread for opinions and must say Im totally confused! Got a ps3 and bought Batman the other day, loved the first one. Not sure if I just need to give it time but cant get into it at all and really interested in getting BF3 instead of MW3 as it looks basically the same as MW and MW2. Trade in Arkham City for BF3? Oh and another £40 on Uncharted 3 FTW!

I don't like hardcore tbh. Didn't in BC2 either... It only worked well in BF2 for some reason :/

Hardcore or nothing.

Conquest and Rush are pretty epic. Give it a few weeks for people to settle into it and realise there are more to use than RPG's and SMAW's and it will become way better.

Always play with 4-6 people that I know as playing on your own sucks hard. Whereas you can actually get some good squad work going. Ace Squad ribbons ftw!

Really liked co-op mode last night when I teamed up with a m8 of mine for a few rounds. The bipod extension is a brilliant addition to the lying prone position - reducing panning movements, but allowing for greater accuracy. Good to see when devs add things to games that have both pros and cons - such things really do add to the flexibility of the game.

Yeah I've taken quite a few rockets to the noggin in a few vehicle-less maps from Engineers.

Probably should be trying to head them back, TBF. Hardcore, innit.
