How the f*** do you reset the trip computer on a 54 plate Clio?

(I have already had a look in the manual, & it doesnt say)....

Press the stick on the clocks in when you are one of the wonderful trip computer outputs

You select the trip screen on the dash by pressing the scroll button on the stalk, then push in the button thats between the speedo dials. Should do it. Havent done it on my new one yet, but thats how you do it on the 2003 model and it looks the same to me.
