Petrol Problem

Got a MK1 1.4 RT i fill a full tank and only get bout 120miles for the full tank and roughly i get about 10mpg, the car itself is standard only got a sport exhaust on the back thats in if any1 has any ideas then they will be appreciated thanks

Leaking fuel line, holed exhaust? how does it run otherwise?
feel sluggish?
