Right ive been insured with Elephant for 2years with 4 different cars.. theyve always given me good prices and came across as very helpful.
But not this time, my renewal came through as £1820??!!
I only payed £1350 last year!
So i ring up to query this..
Weeeeeell apparantly because i had my "run about" 1.2 clio insured for the first 3months of the policy which worked out at £500 for the total policy time (10months)
And then i insured the 172 3months into that policy, which i payed an extra £750 for.. the lady down the phone told me thats make the total premium £1350. (this was last year)
£500 + £750
I explain this to the woman multiple times, she didnt understand.. she works it out as i payed £500 for the 1.2 for 10months then £750 for the 172 but thats only half the price of what it should be????
she tells me its acutally
£500 + £750 + £750 which makes it £1800 odd
She offered to knock me a whole £28 off if i take the new £1800 premium WOWL thanks alot :dead:
And apparantly as ive got a "performace" exhaust fitted to my car thats an extra £105 on top AARRRR how can they come to these figures!!!
