This is not your run of the mill 172 track car and has had no expense spared on it. The engine has been Dyno'd whilst out of the car at 240BHP and last time the car was weighed with 2 seats in, it was 803Kg.

a guy of here used to own it , there is a build thread on here somewhere , if i remember right he bought a 1 series m sport or something like that , he only sold it for what the guy is asking for it now or a bit less ,

With no MOT, that is top money. I wouldn't go near it until it had a ticket on it, because you don't know how much work is still needed. Always suspicious why an owner doesn't get it finished themselves.

It is an epic car, i remember when laxy was building it, the wiring of the cost £4000 alone, engine about £7000, serious amount of money spent on it!

Just because it's not MOT'd doesn't mean it's not finished LOL
It's a track car - why would you MOT a track car

MOT's have restrictions - means you cant go all out. Trust me this car is all out
