PH1 172 dash trim removal

Calling all the people that have 172s ph1, as you all know the silver trim proberly needs redoing at some point in its life. so iam going to give the door bits and the silver trim around the air vents and the HU a frseh lick of paint. i have got the 2 bits of the door cards fine but how do you remove the bit around the HU and the airvents its doing my nut in.

its all one piece iirc mate..i also wanted to do this back in the summer
