Right, had a go at knocking up some ph1 172 dials to go in mine.
Chris asked for some pics the other day and by all means these arent finished but here they are:
As you can see these are broken (the clips) but only for demonstration purposes. The blue 172 Cup rim will be going red to match my interior bits that I'm painting.
What I did was to get some ph1 172 dials and donor dials from a 1*2 which happened to be a 172 Cup. I cut out the warning light arrangements and swapped them over. There is quite a margin error for this with where the rim overlaps the dials.
I will be swapping over these dials and rim (once painted) with mine when all done. So the broken items will not be used.
