Ph1 into a 182 help

I'm currently on fitting a ph1 block into my 182.

Ino you need to swap inlets as there different but can someone confirm this for me.

Ph1 engine. With 182 lower inlet and ph2 172 top inlet. Keep ph1 breather and use 182 throttle body?

Thanks

Why not just replace the breather plate from the 182 engine ont to the ph1 and just use the 182 inlets?

Is that possible? If so it will be alot easier. Just Fred commented on my project thread staring if need to use a 172 ph2 inlet.

Cany anyone clarify my 182 breather will fit?

Thanks

you need to do the following

182 RS stamped lower inlet
phs2 172 plenum (the bit with Renaultsport across the top)
182 FBW throttle body

no you cannot fit the 182 breather to a phs1 or phs2 172 engine, completely different

oh and you'll have to swap the vacc line on your 182 that goes along the top of the engine down to the carbon canister behind drivers head light to the phs1 line
