ph1/ph2 172 dash rattles

Obviously I know the ph1 & ph2 dashboards are of different designs but why is it that the OLDER ph1 dash has little/ no dash rattles and most ph2 rattles and vibrates like a b**ch ? Different materials used maybe? You would have thought the older dash would be the one with the most rattles. I'm curious and would like to try and stop mine eventually rant over

It's probably due to removal, mine was off a few month ago and has rattled since. They can be a pain to get them all on the runners and sat right.
