PH2 172 Replacement of Stub Axle

Hey all,
Going to be replacing a rear stub axle on my 172, O/S.
How long does this usually take and is it a very difficult task?

If all the bolts are feeling freindly, can be done in an hour.

Make sure you have some decent quality torx bit sockets! and a 30mm for the hubnut.

In my head it's :-

up in the air
wheel off
pad carrier off
disc off
4 torx bolts
change stub axle
refit all
back on the floor.

All in 20mins? Hats off to you.

A mate done it for me who is a mechanic for a renaultsport race team.
I was suprised TBH, i couldnt even get the wheel off in an hour lol
Cheers for the advice though matey, luckily didnt need new bolts but can see what you mean about that some may not play ball!!
