Ph2 172 Standard Exhaust

Is the standard exhaust a restriction on these? I've no interest in upgrading it unless it's particularly bad or it falls off!

I'll be fitting a 182 manifold with ktec cat on an otherwise standard engine.

Be restrictive and fall off!

I would change the whole exhaust, i have noticed a difference fitting just a cat back so would say the standard one is restrictive. Maybe buy a stealth type exhaust with centre silencer if you want to keep the car looking standard

Ha, fair enough! It has a relatively new back box on so i'm in no hurry to change but if you say it seems to make a difference then it'll go on the list of stuff to get.
