Ph2 Rear Bumper

Well after finding a Ph2 Bumper going for pretty good money and being fairly local i went and picked it up this evening.

Will hopefully get in on soon, needs a respray ideally to keep the tidy aspect of the car going, its got a couple of little marks and strangly a little hole also.

Still not 100% about it but i'll put it on and make my mind up then, otherwise i'm sure i can re sell it if i don't like

I thought it looked good @ first, then i seen a standard ph1 with ph1 lights/bumper and it made mine look s**t!

Wierdly i kind of agree to a point but thought i'd give it a shot, Karls looks nice with it on - if i'm honest i like the Ph1 with both (not at the same time obviously) lol

If you had a Cup spoiler i think it would have suited it more, like Karls...

Yeah, the back looks ok, looks like a phase 2, but it doesn't match the front!!

Problem is.

If you fit a ph2 bumper, you NEED to fit a cup spoiler and ph2 bump strips to make it look right, like Karls!

You only ever see the front or the back so it would never look odd surely?

If you fit a ph2 bumper, you NEED to fit a cup spoiler and ph2 bump strips to make it look right, like Karls!

Do it man! I'll be putting one on my new ph1, I did it on my non sport (non sport ph2 bumper) and it updates the rear end no end IMO.

Not to mention "butch's" it up a lot. I think the back of the ph1 with the round lines is quite soft, but the front is pretty mean, the ph2 bumper makes it all match up (as long as you have ph2 side strips)

Well i have Ph2 lights, side strips with bullets and also the cup spoiler so it should look nice, toying with the idea of selling though still

No but then the car would have no spoiler therefore have a negative affect on the appearance and/or Sale.
