phase 1 16v seats

do these come with the seat belt pre-tensioner system???
Also how different are the subframes compared to the phase 2?

Pretty sure the ph2 had pre-tensioners as standard, not sure about sub frames tho

Phase ones didnt have the tensioners. The sub frames should be the same but phase 2s are height adjustable.
