phase 1 clio 172 suspension bushes

hi , iv only had my car two weeks, the suspension doesn't feel right on it, iv had lots of uprated suspensions on cars and never felt like this, vibrates through the whole car, took it to have the wheels balanced and tracking done found out that 3 out of the 4 standard wheels were badly buckled so bought brand new 16's for it thinking this would solve the problem, a little better at slow speed than before but still getting the vibration through out the car, its like hitting a large hole in the road but there is no hole, just trying to eliminate things now, could it be suspension bushes or the suspension its self, would like to sort it out before paying out extreme amounts of cash out on it, its only done 56k on the clock. Could it be wheel barrings as iv noticed its starting to hum a bit at 30 then quietens down the faster you go?

why 16's ? phase 1's are much better on standard size 15's ( and the tyres are cheaper ).

is the suspension uprated or standard ?

are you getting any undue noise. bumps crashes hums ?

sounds like you need new top mounts at a guess from your description

how can i check if its the top mounts?

if its a knocking sound , check the wishbone bushes where it meets the subframe, elongated holes come too mind, i remember seeing something on another thread.
