Phase 2 rear bumper on a phase 1? Yes or no

Hey folks

Got quite a tidy phase 1 172 in pearl black.

Its got black f1s, a cup spoiler, phase 2 rear lights and a skoda splitter. It's also got a twin exit exhaust that ill be replacing with a stealth.

So should I get a phase 2 rear bumper on her aswell? With maybe some colour coded phase 2 side strips?

Opinions and pictures of phase 1s with phase 2 bumpers please

Cheers

I really like them with phase 2 rear bumpers and side strips. But it's nice to keep it looking like a phase 1 too.

I'll vote for yes, the rear bumper makes it allot more meaning business and is wider/lower aswell.
Please don't forget to buy the ph2 arch guards aswell the ph1 ones will not fit ;)

I have done the same to my ph1, in my opinion the ph1 front with the ph2 rear/sides would be :hail:Clio.

No.

Ph2 side strips and ph2 rear lights are all that's needed imo. The boxy ph2 rear end is a complete mismatch for the rounded ph1 front.

It does a lot for updating the back end to a degree, but then I went low with badman wheels it looked better on the ph1 IMO:
