Philips X-treme Power H4 or H7 Bulbs

Can anyone tell me what bulbs my 2003 Clio cup172 accepts I have phoned Renault and surprise, surprise they don't know themselves! Unbelievable.
These bulbs are reported to be Product of the Year by Autoexpress!!!
Any help would be appreciated.
