Photoshop help please

I'm quite new at using photoshop and I was hoping that someone with a bit more knowledge could tell me how to replace the Italian flag with a French one on the image below? I've tried cuting and pasting the French flag over the original and can get as far as distorting the image to match the curve at the botton, but am stuck when trying to match the straight lines at the top. Any help appreciated!

you could crop the top using the pen tool to get the slanted top. Im not that great on photoshop either but im sure some other people on here will fill you in.

If this is what you need...

...its pretty easy. Way i did it: mark the green part using 'magic wand tool' (just click on green) and color marked part in blue using 'brush tool'
