Photoshop Request!

Wondered if anyone was good with Photoshop and was able to a 182 Cup, racing blue ideall with racing stripes but with the standard wheels made white????

My missus mentioned it too me the other day, can't really afford to replace the wheels but we spoke about powder coating them white and wondered if it would suit the car or the style of the wheels.

My mate told me to do this aswell, but tbh, i couldnt go back to white wheels, they just look dirty whenever they even have a spec of brake dust on them
