Only had the clio 4 weeks and the service and airbag light have come on, when i bought the car they said they would check it over to make sure everything is ok, looked in the service book and the last one was at 19125 miles its got 27080 on at the minute....

not happy!!!

Wires under passenger seat are loose, wiggle them it'll go off

Service is fine, they won't have looked at it in any detail and they wouldn't prempt something like this. Its a common thing:

Plenty of threads about the airbag light there and took 5 seconds to search.

NOTE- The service light DOES NOT mean it needs a service. It comes on with any other given light to indicate a fault within the car. In your case, the airbag light.
