PI lowering springs

As title suggests any opinions on these for the 182? realise they are only cheap springs but being im on a budget owning a 182 at 19 is expensive lol. I dont expect them to perform like coilovers would, just after suspension thats a little tighter and a bit better looking. Did do a search but couldnt find anything on them (probably because the're crap lol.) They supposedly only lower 15mm back and 25mm front so shouldn't be a problem on standard shocks should they?

Thanks guys

Matt

If you're car has the Cup suspension pack then Pi springs will destroy it's handling! No idea on the un-Cupped 182's so can't comment!

Personally, after having them on my 1.2 it's a no-no from me!

i had them for a week on a 172 courtesy car i borrowed....

never again... they're worse than Apex, and they're shite too!

Cheers Daz

Nah its just got the standard 182 suspension, What you reccomend then for under 100 quid?? Going for mainly handling over looks. Did you actually have these springs on your 182 or just the 1.2?

Thanks
Matt

My only recommendation would be Eibach Sportlines for looks or Prolines for handling. Wont get them for sub £100 new though and very rarely secondhand.

My 182 is Cup-packed and as such is standard, Pi springs are going nowhere near it! ;)
