Pissed off with Mozilla

Well, a week or two ago Firefox decided it was going to forget all about my profile which included my homepage and all my passwords etc. That wasn't too big of an issue as it could all be recreated fairly easily, but it was still annoying nonetheless.

But I come in tonight and now Thunderbird my email client has done exactly the same! No emails in my inbox and my account settings have all gone. Now, I like using Mozilla products as they've got a lot of neat features but this has really pissed me off.:dapprove:

Anyone else experienced similar problems?

I lost everything too and even re-installing did nothing. Opera 8 now.

you just need to create yourself a profile then if anything happens you can restore it. usually only happens when the program has had a bad crash or something though

yep i lost all my changes, i.e homepage & bookmarks was crap so now i use M$ again
