how hot would 182 wheels get? i want to do this to experiment with colours! im assuming 182 wheels would be fine and they wouldn't get damaged from heat etc?
Think I'm going to watch others attempt this first and asses their problems.
he who dares wins tried a tin on some old team dynamics we have knocking about
Stage by stage and I have onloy used half a tin and thats affter 1 coat i doubt it needs much more tbf !!
What was the prep to those alloys?
Primer? Sanding? etc...
If i'm honest that looks to be a s**t finish.
The finish looks like the back of some fat womens leg.
would the texture not have something to do with the type of colour you went for with the flecks in it?haha, Adam, its settled down abit now ! dosent look as strange,
I defo need another can, used 1 on the wheels that was with 3 coats on each, the roof took a further 2 but is still abit thin so i will be ordering another. will get you some closer pics tomorrow, to touch it weels like a fine grade sandpaper, assume the clear stuff will sort this out ?
No don't use the primer, it's to make it permanent so it never comes off.
