Platic pipe under 182??

Hi all, was cleaning my rs 182 last night in the garage, and i noticed a thin plastic pipe with a clip on the end just dangling down just toucking the floor. What is this pipe, and where do i clip it back on to? At the moment i have just clipped it on to the nearest thing i can find.

It's the drain pipe for the battery. Mine keeps coming off too. In the end I just crimped the clip and found something thicker to attach it to.
