Please help, I being a bit thick (Coilovers Question)

Can anyone tell me which way to adjust my coilovers to raise the height?

I've just adjusted one side by turning the adjustment upwards. It looks like it's gone lower and I was expecting higher.

Advice appreciated

the further up the shock the platform is = the higher the ride height

Up is indeed higher.
Down is lower.

I just use a measuring tape, so both sides will be the same...

Anti-clockwise is Up,
Clockwise is down,
