(they have a 72000mile service interval for the plugs BTW)

unless you've got a misfire before renaults specified intervals, its not worthwhile - no gains from changing them.

£70 from renault for the four plugs, don't know what they would charge to fit them probs another £40.
Do the job yourself

Unless you fit better quality plugs and hang onto your existing plugs, but agrred i can think of better things to spend your money on - like beer!
