Must say, it only took about 2 attempts to get it perfect. I use 2nd to align it all, select second on the box, then get in and position it in 2nd on the stick, and then tighten.

I've managed to adapt ours and removed 99% of the rattle now
lol, it's a bit like fitting some race suspension, then saying it's too bumpy ffs. I don't get what people expect these days, I really don't.
Oh and I removed the cup holders too, coke kept spilling out around Brands.

Erm what rattle? All the one's I've done have been fine unless it only happens at high speed?
Which bit is rattling? Is it the lift reverse sleeve rattling on the gearlever?Rattle starts about 65-70 mph.
I may have a mess with it one of the days when I have time but in the meantime I have some earplugs lol

Try and put some insulation tape around the sleeve mate and see if that cures it as a temporary fix. You could then modify it to suit.Not 100% sure, if I rest my hand on top of the gear knob it stops, I am wondering if it is the sleeve rattling on the inside if the gear knob
