Polishing Dull Paint

Hi All,

My girlfriends Clio has a dull section on the front bumper, which just doesn't shine like the rest of the car.

Is there any polish I can use to try and buff it up and improve the shine?

To be honest, i'm not sure whether its just a bad respray job or spot repair, although the colour (met blue) is absolutely identical.

AG Paint Renovator?

Thats all I really know of. You could clay it, apply that, polish it, seal it and put a gd wax over the top (if thats the correct place for it to be done, i'm sure someone can correct if wrong?)
